We have a equipped trailer that travels with full size convection oven, up to 21 feet of crown verity BBQ, roll top chaffers deep fryer, triple sink, burners, service tents and lighting etc.
We are a full service Catering Support team that can service an intimate dinner for 4 or a gala of 500+.

My over 30 years of restaurant and catering experience has exposed me to a diverse culinary awareness of ethnic and fusion cuisine. Designing a menu for you and your guests begins with an endless imagination.
